Join Pale Fire and Brother’s Brewing at Capital Ale House this Saturday, November 19th from 7:00-10:00 pm for a fall beer dinner benefiting the Rockingham Day Care Center.
The event will feature a hand-crafted menu of 7 courses all made with local ingredients. Each course will be paired with either a Brothers Craft Brew or Pale Fire brewed beer. With only 25 spots available, this is a must attend event. A portion of the proceeds going to the Harrisonburg Rockingham Day Care Center.

Valley Dish is back and just in time to celebrate Virginia Cider Week! As part of the celebration, Bella Luna Wood-Fired Pizza is hosting Valley Dish III, a collaborative dinner with local farmers and artisan producers, on Thursday, November 17 from 6:30 – 9pm.
This partnership with Shenandoah Valley Organics, Old Hill Cider and Project Grows will feature a 4-course menu designed by Bella Luna’s Executive Chef Colin Auckerman. Each dish was inspired by the autumn flavors of the Shenandoah Valley.

Marinated chicken kebab
Wood-fired flatbread, minted yogurt, radish salad
Roasted apple salad
Tender greens, pickled root vegetables, gorgonzola, shallot-cider vinaigrette
Oven-fired chicken breast
Winter squash puree, braised collard greens, crispy parsnip, maple-cider jus

Located at the Ice House in Downtown Harrisonburg, Black Sheep Coffee offers finely crafted espresso, drip coffee and manual pour-over service, using fresh roasted beans from a variety of roasters. Their baked goods–scones, cinnamon rolls and cookies–are made fresh daily in house with locally sourced dairy products.
