Join Shenandoah Yoga this Saturday February 18th from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm for a unique class that combines yoga with essential oils practice. Gentle breath work coupled with conscious movement enable students to feel more connected, energized and balanced. No prior yoga experience is required! All levels are welcome!
